Trail to Eagle
The Eagle award is the highest and most coveted rank in Scouting. It's the last major step in the advancement program. Fewer than 3 percent of all Scouts in the United States reach the Eagle rank. Nearly sixty Troop 385 members have achieved the rank of Eagle since 1977.
