Summer Camp 2010

Toop 385 scouts have chosen Camp Birch in Yellowsprings as this year's summer camp destination. Camp Birch has been around since 1932 and sits adjacent to John Bryan State Park and Clifton Gorge. We will be attending during the second week of camp (June 27 to July 3rd) and will be in the Lagonda Camp Site in the forested SW part of the camp. Toboggan Adventure

The Troop will be sponsoring a Toboggan Adventure to Pokagon State Park on February19 to 21. See the permission slip for details as to cost and when we are leaving and retuning. We will be tobogganning at Pokagon State Park in NE Indiana (at the intersection of I-80 and I-69). We will be staying two nights in a cabin at a nearby Scout Camp and should have a great time. The Toboggan run at Pokagon is over one quarter of a mile long and is impressive. Also the Park has some of the best 1930s CCC construction you will see anywhere.
